Christmas for our students at Miriu - December 2021

Emily who is in Form 3 has collected photos of as many of our students as she can when they collected a Christmas food bag for their families. At the moment there are sixteen but this number will be added to as the photos keep coming. (Names and school forms plus contents of bags will be added when available.) This Christmas each of our students & their siblings will have a Christmas meal and all our donors are responsible for this being possible. Big big thank you to all. At the bottom of the page is Emily's letter...it explains a lot about the difficuties that so many of our bright young students face...well worth a reading my opinion. ( the letter is written in English which is her third language!!!)

Maxwell is not one of our students but both he and his large family have a lot of health issues. However the local community goes out of its way to look after them. He is such a nice person and is loved by many.
