Shadrack - Our Second Year Student

Hi! My name is Shadrack Ouma. I am currently a second year student at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of science and technology. I am a Kenyan and have been assisted by SSF since I joined secondary school back in 2015.

It has been a favour and great support from this family and I am always filled with gratitude for this opportunity. I am pursuing Bachelor of Education with IT. It's a great moment over here since this has always been my dream from childhood. I am greatful since my dream is almost there and I don't take it for granted.

I take this chance to appreciate all who sacrifice and undergo denial for the sake of our favour. Together with the other students we say, cheers! May you be blessed abundantly!

Shadrack should go on to be a very talented Maths and Chemistry teacher. He is a very able student who picks up difficult concepts easily but he can also apply himself and with some support has got himself this far. University support is difficult particularly when balanced against the needs of all those that require funds just to get to secondary school but Shadrack has been very resourceful with the limited support that SSF can provide.
